DECOR PACKAGES FOR UP TO 100 GUESTS
Event packages cover decor, installation, and decor breakdown at an accessible indoor venue. Guest tables and chairs are supplied by the venue or rented separately. Final scope and venue access times must be confirmed.
Intimate Celebration | Up to 25 guests | From $650
Up to 4 guest-table linens and standard centerpieces; one 6-foot backdrop with 6 feet of balloon garland; one styled focal table; design consultation, decor setup, and decor breakdown.
Grand Celebration | Up to 100 guests | From $1,850
Up to 13 guest-table linens and standard centerpieces; one 8-foot backdrop with 12 feet of balloon garland;
three styled focal tables; design consultation, decor setup, and decor breakdown.
Standard centerpieces use reusable decor or artificial florals. Fresh flowers, full-room draping, place settings, venue rental, catering, DJ, treats, guest furniture, event coordination, travel, and general venue cleanup are separately quoted. Additional decorated guest tables from $45 each.
Chairs | Starting at $3 per chair
Standard folding chair: $3 each. White garden chair: $5 each, if stocked or sourced. Chair covers from $3
each. Delivery, furniture setup, and pickup extra.
Signature Celebration | Up to 50 guests | From $1,100
Up to 7 guest-table linens and standard centerpieces; one 8-foot backdrop with 10 feet of balloon garland; two styled focal tables; design consultation, decor setup, and decor breakdown.
Tables | Starting at $12 per table
6-foot rectangular folding table: $12. 8-foot rectangular folding table: $15. 60-inch round table: $18. Subject to confirmed inventory. Linens from $10 each when rented separately.
Throne Chairs | $150 each / $275 per pair
Adult throne chair rental for one event day, subject to availability. Includes rental only; delivery and pickup
separately quoted. Stairs, difficult access, damage security payment, and late returns addressed in the written
agreement.
Rental period: one event day with agreed collection times. Furniture seating capacities and the venue layout must bechecked before selecting quantities. Do not promise 100-guest inventory without confirming stock or supplier availability.
