DEPOSIT POLICY - A deposit is required.

NO SHOW POLICY - Any no-show appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. No future appointments can be booked until this balance is paid.

LATE POLICY - Clients are allowed up to a 30-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, a late fee $20 will be added to your service, and you will need to reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of $50 off your service.

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS - A $25 fee will be added to all same-day appointments.
