- Deposit Policy

   •    “No deposit needed to book, but 50% of your service will be charged for cancellations or no-shows.”

- No-Show Policy

   •    Any no-show appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

   •    No future appointments can be booked until this balance is paid.

- Late Policy

   •    Clients are allowed up to a 30-minute grace period.

   •    After 30 minutes, a late fee $20 will be added to your service, and you will need to reschedule.

- Cancellations

   •    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

   •    Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of $50 off your service.

- Same-Day Appointments

   •    A $25 fee will be added to all same-day appointments.
