Y&D Kreations & More Policies
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our policies for event décor, crafts, and rentals:
- Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
• All sales are final on crafts.
• 50% of the balance is due at the time of booking.
• All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving them.
- Event & Décor Bookings
• All events must be paid in full one (1) month prior to the event date.
• Last-minute events will incur an additional rush fee.
• One date change is allowed for unforeseen circumstances.
- Picnics
• Final balance must be paid one (1) week prior to the event date.
- Crafts & Wreaths
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for all custom wreaths.
• Any last-minute craft item will have a $25 rush fee added to the balance.
- Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance.
• Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Contracts
• All rentals and events require a signed contract to secure your date.
• Prices do not include mileage/travel fees, which will be applied separately.

WEDDING DECOR
To guarantee accommodating special request please aim to book in advance. Events less than two weeks before scheduled date requires full balance paid during booking. Please note that 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking. Please be advised that a retainer is a fee that is paid in advance to hold a service. A retainer is non-refundable and is not returned. All balances must be paid 2 weeks before the event. We ask that you give us a 2 week notice if possible. We will reschedule for up to 60 days after original date no additional cost. Retainers are non-refundable( If client chooses to cancel, they forfeit all money paid. No exceptions! Party will not be schedule until deposit is made. Adult Party Packages:(Specialty items will be an increase in price)(Please allow 3 hrs for decoration)

All picnics include delivery, set-up, & clean-up

All locations are confirmed by the client. Please have a Plan B location in mind just in case. Picnics will not be schedule until deposit is made.
