Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. • All sales are final on crafts. • 59% of the balance is due at the time of booking. • All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving them. - Event & Décor Bookings • All events must be paid in full one (1) month prior to the event date. • Last-minute events will incur an additional rush fee. • One date change is allowed for unforeseen circumstances. - Picnics • Final balance must be paid one (1) week prior to the event date. - Crafts & Wreaths • Please allow up to 2 weeks for all custom wreaths. • Any last-minute craft item will have a $25 rush fee added to the balance. - Cancellations • Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance. • Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances. - Contracts • All rentals and events require a signed contract to secure your date. • Prices do not include mileage/travel fees, which will be applied separately. - By booking with Y&D Kreations & More, you agree to these policies.
