Service Description
*Meals are not included* To guarantee accommodating special request please aim to book at least 2 weeks in advance. Events less than one week before scheduled date requires full balance paid during booking. Please note that 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking. Please be advised that a retainer is a fee that is paid in advance to hold a service, A retainer is non-refundable and is not returned. All balances must be paid 1 week before the event. If you cancel because of weather, or other reason that may be due to Covid its no problem. We ask that you give us a 72 hr notice if possible. We will reschedule for up to 60 days after original picnic date no additional cost. Retainers are non-refundable( If client chooses to cancel, they forfeit all money paid. No exceptions! All locations are confirmed by the client. Please have a Plan B location in mind just in case. Picnics will not be schedule until deposit is made. Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. • All sales are final on crafts. • 59% of the balance is due at the time of booking. • All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving them. - Event & Décor Bookings • All events must be paid in full one (1) month prior to the event date. • Last-minute events will incur an additional rush fee. • One date change is allowed for unforeseen circumstances. - Picnics • Final balance must be paid one (1) week prior to the event date. - Crafts & Wreaths • Please allow up to 2 weeks for all custom wreaths. • Any last-minute craft item will have a $25 rush fee added to the balance. - Cancellations • Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance. • Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances. - Contracts • All rentals and events require a signed contract to secure your date. • Prices do not include mileage/travel fees, which will be applied separately. - By booking with Y&D Kreations & More, you agree to these policies.
