Cancellation Policy

- Deposit Policy • All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • This deposit goes toward your total service cost. - No-Show Policy • Any no-show appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. • No future appointments can be booked until this balance is paid. - Late Policy • Clients are allowed up to 30 minutes grace period. • After 30 minutes, a late fee will be added to your service. - Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. - Same-Day Appointments • A $25 fee will be added to all same-day appointments.
